Richard sold my home in less than a week and was extremely helpful with recommendations on what would improve the home and help it sell. In the end the house sold for $10,000 over what I agreed to list it at and exactly what Richard had expected. I always felt like realtors just went around selling things they had no stake in and charging high commissions.
